Questions and answers
Pricing, timelines, project ownership, post-launch support and payment terms. If something is missing here, write to us – the answer will be just as specific.
How much does a project cost?
We price every project individually. The cost depends on scope, because we build the solution around what the client needs rather than around a fixed package. The quote is free and follows a conversation about what is to be built.
How long does a project take?
That also depends on the project. The completion date is agreed before work starts and written into the contract – we do not begin without a fixed deadline.
Who owns the code and the design files?
The scope of rights is set out in the contract. We are in favour of transferring ownership in full to the client – that is our default position in negotiations.
What does post-launch support cover?
The scope and duration of support are settled before work begins. It can be partial or full, short-term or multi-year – there is no single answer, because it depends on what is being built and who will work with it day to day.
Do you work remotely, or do we need to meet in Radom?
We work remotely. A meeting is possible by prior arrangement – anywhere in Poland, not only in Radom.
How does payment work?
We start with a deposit. After that we settle in stages or through an advance invoice – which one applies depends on the size of the project and the contract.
How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?
Within 24 business hours of the form being sent.
What languages do you work in?
Polish, English and Russian.
What industries do you work with?
Most of our projects sit in migration services and the labour market: employment agencies, residence legalisation, education for foreign nationals, language education. Beyond that: startups and SaaS, design, marketing and print production.
How are you different from an agency that only delivers client work?
The seven brands in our portfolio are our own products – we built them, launched them and run them ourselves. Our industry knowledge comes from operating those products on a live market, not from a list of completed briefs.
How do we start?
Four steps. We talk and listen – establishing the need and the business context. We show a direction – a proposed solution and an initial concept. We refine it together – iterations with you involved. We hand over and support – deployment plus care after launch.
