Naming and brand strategy
A name, a tagline and a tone of voice matched to what you do and who you are speaking to. Over twenty years we have named and launched more than a dozen of our own brands, so the cost of a poor name is one we have paid ourselves.
A name is a decision for years
Changing a name means a new domain, a new identity, rewritten material and lost search positions. So before the choice is made we check domain availability and whether the name is already in use in the same sector.
Tagline and tone of voice
A tagline should say what you do rather than sound general. We describe the tone of voice so that it can actually be applied: what we say about ourselves, what we do not promise and how we answer difficult questions.
Tested on our own brands
jobcen.pl, forcen.pl, LegalTrack, pol-langua.pl, starteuropa.net, bzo.pl, porzadnastrona.pl. Some of the brands we launched are still running, others we closed – and the second group taught us more.
Questions and answers
Do you check the name legally?
We carry out a preliminary check: domain availability and visible conflicts. A full trade mark search is outside this service and requires a patent attorney.
What if the name already exists but is not working?
Rebranding is possible, but we start by establishing whether the problem is the name itself or the way it is being used. Changing a name is the most expensive available remedy and not always a necessary one.
