Presentations and pitch decks

We turn data, figures and arguments into slides that leave the reader knowing what to do next. We work in our own system, but also in PowerPoint and Google Slides, so the material stays editable on your side too.

The version to send and the version to present are two documents

A slide read alone in an inbox has to explain itself without a speaker. A slide shown in a meeting must not pull attention away from what you are saying. We settle before starting which one is being made – or prepare both.

Structure before graphics

First the order of the arguments and what should stay with the reader after the last slide. Only then layout, colour and charts. The reverse order produces a handsome deck that nobody remembers the offer from.

Material that can be maintained

A deck built on a template and styles rather than on manually dragged text boxes. A slide added six months later by your team looks like the rest.

Questions and answers

What format will I receive the presentation in?

PowerPoint or Google Slides, depending on what you use. On request we add an HTML or PDF version for sending.

Do you also write the slide content?

Yes, if it falls within the scope. We then need source material – data, the offer, figures. We do not invent numbers on a client's behalf.
