Platforms for language schools

We run pol-langua.pl – a school teaching Polish to foreign nationals, operating entirely online. We design education systems from the perspective of a school, not solely of a software supplier.

What a language school system has to cover

Enrolment and matching a tutor to the learner's level and objective. Individual and group lessons, and lessons prepared for specific requirements. Levels from A1 to C2 and separate tracks: conversation, exam preparation, specialist language and classes for children.

A corporate client is a separate set of requirements

An HR department expects a language audit of the team, individual development plans, monthly attendance and progress reports, and a VAT invoice. This is a different path from enrolling a single learner and cannot be handled by the same form.

Multilingual from the first day

A learner beginning Polish does not yet read in that language. The interface, correspondence and materials have to work in several language versions in parallel – at pol-langua.pl these are Polish, English and Russian.

Questions and answers

Do you build course platforms or only school websites?

Both. A site with the offer and enrolment is one scope; a platform with learner accounts, timetables and reports is another. We agree the scope before preparing a quotation.

Will the system handle payments and invoices?

Yes, if that falls within the project scope. For corporate clients a VAT invoice and an attendance report are often more important than online payment itself.
