An application in two minutes instead of fifteen
Submitting a single application manually through the praca.gov.pl portal involves logging in, completing the form, verifying data, attaching documents and signing – in practice thirteen to fifteen minutes. LegalTrack performs these steps automatically, with two-step mObywatel authorisation.
Deadline control independent of the coordinator's memory
A calendar with advance notifications checks document expiry dates and prompts for renewal. A missed deadline means a penalty and a legal problem, and with several hundred people, keeping such records in a spreadsheet is unreliable.
Documentation organised automatically
A central document repository with text recognition: a scan reaches the correct person's profile without manual labelling. A document generator using more than seventy variables produces contracts and letters from templates. The person record holds data, accommodation, employment, the residence case and the associated files.
