Startups and SaaS
Over twenty years we have launched more than a dozen of our own brands. Seven are still running, the rest we closed. We know what the first pitch deck and the first hundred users are worth, because we won them for ourselves.
From an idea to a first version
Name, identity, an interface prototype and a version you can put in front of a user. The order matters here: a product built before the first conversation with a user usually lands beside the target.
A pitch deck that survives questions
An investor deck differs from a sales deck: what counts is the model, the market and what you do not yet know. We prepare either, but we do not invent figures – the data has to come from you.
SaaS is maintenance, not a launch
We run LegalTrack as a product: updates, user support, data security and billing. The cost of the first year after launch can exceed the cost of building the first version – and that is the part most easily left out of a plan.
Questions and answers
How do we settle payments?
We start with a deposit, then settle in stages or against an advance invoice, depending on the size of the project and the contract. Other models of cooperation require separate arrangements.
Can you build a first version in a month?
The completion date depends on the scope and is agreed before work starts. If the scope does not fit the deadline, we say so before the contract is signed, not during it.
