AI automation and integrations
Deployments that take repetitive work off a team: classifying and routing enquiries in the CRM, competitor monitoring, content generation, and flows connecting the shop, mail and administration panel.
We automate what happens every day
An enquiry arriving in the CRM has to be read, assigned to a category and routed to the right person. At a few dozen a day that takes hours, and the decision is much the same each time. That is a proper candidate for automation – not an analysis run once a quarter.
Integration, or the end of retyping between systems
The shop, the mail and the administration panel usually do not talk to each other, and a person moves the data between them. We build flows where the data moves on its own and a person approves the result.
With us first, with the client second
Every solution is tested on our own products before it is deployed. We run seven brands, so we have something to test on – and we carry the cost ourselves if it does not work.
Questions and answers
How do you know the automation will pay off?
We start by counting how long the task takes today and how often it repeats. If nothing comes out of that calculation, we say so before quoting.
Does the automation make decisions on its own?
The degree of autonomy is agreed before deployment. Where decisions carry financial or legal consequences, approval stays with a person by default.
