Software for companies serving foreign nationals

Three of our brands operate in this sector: forcen.pl, LegalTrack and starteuropa.net. The questions foreign nationals ask, and how to answer them, we know from serving them ourselves rather than from studies.

A reader who does not read Polish

A form, an error message and a letter from an authority have to be intelligible to someone who is still learning Polish. starteuropa.net is aimed at Russian-speaking markets, and LegalTrack works in Polish, English and Ukrainian. Multilingual support is a base requirement here, not an extra.

Personal data from the first screen

Serving a foreign national means working with a passport, a residential address and residence documents. LegalTrack has two-step login verification and encryption of data in transit and at rest. With that set of data, compliance is not optional.

What we build for this sector

Case management systems, person records holding a complete set of documents, generation of letters from templates, deadline calendars, and multilingual websites and contact forms.

Questions and answers

Do you handle the process itself, or only supply the software?

We supply the software. Residence cases are handled by forcen.pl – our own office, but that is a separate activity under a separate contract.

Which languages do you prepare interfaces in?

Polish, English and Russian by default – the languages our own services run in. Other languages are possible once the scope is agreed.
